Brick Yard Bash Indianapolis, IN March 8th-10th 2002 Race #4 of the U.S, Triple Crown was another great sucess for Team SpeedMerchant. Arriving on Wednesday the drivers were greeted by a tight, twisty and maybe just a little bumpy track in the heartland of the U.S.A. Lets take a look at Masters class. Leading the pack was James Arnold with a great 3rd place finish, followed by Eli Ezrow, Kelly Bean and David Lee. 4 out of 10 drivers in the Masters A Main chose the nimble handling of the SpeedMerchant Rev.3! In Mod class, Eric Desrosiers keeps on trucking with an excellent 5th place finish in a super fast A Main. Great job Eric. In the always competitive Stock class SpeedMerchant drivers showed the quick way around the track again with a sweep of the front row. Congratulation to Chris Mockerman who took TQ by just a few thousandths over teammate Mark Adams. The rest of the A Main featured 3 more Rev.3 drivers. Congrats to Aaron Buran, Scott Jacques and David Lee. This gave SpeedMerchant 5 out of 10 cars in the Stock A Main! It's now official.... Mark Adams and his Rev.3 are the 2001-2002 U.S Triple Crown Champions. This is Mark's 2nd Triple Crown Championship while piloting his awesome Rev.3. Great job Mark, you deserve it! |
